  • Anthony Caprarulo
"Very child friendly. No sidewalks so be stern about road rules and how to react to cars around them that may or may not be fully paying attention and/or speeding. Not well lit so sundown rules work best. Rather deep drainage ditches so mind the rookies and special needs closely. Thereโ€™s many helpers and friendly houses regardless of appearance. Currently seeing fast growth of new builds/drops. "
  • Vanessa88880
"15 minutes to work, fairly normal, no big issues on a daily basis"
  • H
"Dog Friendly and easy to walk dogs. As all places in this town some people speed out streets and the donโ€™t respect pedestrians "
  • Djmartella
"Lived in Holiday Hill for 5 years. I live in the back tucked away, itโ€™s very quiet and peaceful. No issues since Iโ€™ve moved here from the westside "
  • Mmarieh1094
"Not a safe neighborhood. My car got vandalized, and you see other cars with broken windows. Walking around in this area near the landing at San Marco is not safe. Be careful when looking for apartments out here. "
  • Victor Lopez
"I lived in area for 3 years. Not gonna lie. Some places like moncrief are pretty sketchy but as long as you avoid it it should be ok. "
  • Joygivens
"I live near the airport. Itโ€™s very rural and quiet. I will probably move in like 3 years to be near waterfront property "
  • Kristi
"Thereโ€™s limited sidewalks and the only dog park on Rogero doesnโ€™t have a secured fence to let your dogs run safely. "
  • Trulia User
"Thereโ€™s only certain areas I feel itโ€™s safe for my kids to play. Itโ€™s a busy street and thereโ€™s a lot of foot traffic also. "
  • Stephen Serling
"I donโ€™t really want to answer this portion of the questionnaire but appreciate that youโ€™re taking this survey. "
  • Fdgreen10
"Itโ€™s a nice neighborhood but itโ€™s kind of dirty for real. Other cities in Florida are a lot cleaner in my opinion. "
  • Ricardo Johnson
"Very nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, great clubhouse. Have lived here since 2006 and loved it"
  • Zpdzv6gjpj
"Jacksonville sucks. Donโ€™t move here your better off not even living in Florida, guns and drugs everywhere. Moncreif is the only safe place "
  • Davhunkinsonjr0416
"I live her itโ€™s a great place to live in a good community I enjoy my time here I been here over 1 year "
  • Tanya Hearin
"Plenty of parks and family friendly events. Especially in the Riverside area. Most areas are safe. With any area, caution should be taken. "
  • Cassandra Clinton
"Sidewalk is not fully accessible due to construction, other than that they would not have any issues. "
  • Stareddy1
"18 minutes to the beach, town center, St. augustine, downtown. Centrally located. Lots of families , grocery stores, shops, and medspas "
  • Trulia User
"Lux is crime People donโ€™t pick up their dogโ€™s poop. The dog park is full of fleas and one dog was attacked. "
  • 67mfy6mztw
"There are usually loose animals wandering around and you just have to be on guard while walking your dog here"
  • Cassandra Clinton
"The neighborhood is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. Most people keep a manicured lawn and maintain curb appeal, which is a plus. "
  • Chandrasolis
"Iโ€™ve lived in this neighborhood for nine years and I love it here. It is very peaceful and quiet. The property is well kept with improvements being made regularly. The location is central to everything with short drives to downtown or the beach, and grocery stores and a gym in walking distance. Best of all to me are all the trees that surround the entire development. They are lush and gorgeous. Itโ€™s a lovely place to live. "
  • Morichele782
"Not really sure. Mine are grownups, but I do see lots of children of all ages and a small park near by where they seem to like and play. "
  • Juaneromeromeza

  • Richardcstein
"I have a car but thereโ€™s a bus station at the end of the street. Traffic is not that bad but it can get congested during rush hour. A car is definitely recommended in Jacksonville."
  • Bolden.c22
"like the dog park, long walking trails, also how friendly other neighbors are. The environment is friendly "
  • Cecetarget68
"We have acres of land. Our dog have room to roam. We have a fenced in area for him too. We do get wildlife out here. Need to keep pets safe. He enjoys being outside. He likes to run around, without a leash. However there is a really busy road near by. Leash is recommended for by. "
  • Judith De La Cruz
"The city hall feria every month Some many food trucks and activities for all ages , plants sale, childrenโ€™s activities, you can walk around the feria. And the people is very nice "
  • Cassandra Clinton
"None at all. Itโ€™s a very quiet community. There arenโ€™t a lot of kids during Halloween. There arenโ€™t too many events that occur nearby. "
  • Cecetarget68
"Its rural where I live. Building to fast. Not enough schools. Roads are busy. Children should not have to walk on this busy of a road with no sidewalks to bus stop. Not safe with speed of road. But most neighbors are nice and friendly. Jacksonville is growing rapidly. Iโ€™ll miss the quiet and safe neighborhood. Hopefully it doesnโ€™t get to bad. "
  • Michyluvspink
"Itโ€™s not community. A lot of people have lived here for a long time so there are not a lot of young kids in the neighborhood. Most people maintain their house as well."
  • Adnel Rodriguez
"By vehicle to places I need to go. Unfortunately, not everywhere I need to go is close to where I live. But I live in a good location. "
  • fval0r
"this area is not popular for trick or treating and their arenโ€™t a lot of children. Parks are well maintained but often empty. "
