About this House

This house was built in 1948. The guest house and garage were built in 2001. It has been in my family since the day it was built. 100% smoke free. 3 bedrooms upstairs and one finished bedroom in the basement. Hot water tank in both are brand new and furnace in the main house is brand new. The siding is 3 years old and the roof is 5 years old. The wheelchair ramp was built 5 years ago for my brother. It is a nice peaceful neighborhood and plenty of backyard for kids to play. The guest house flooring is 3 years old and washer and dryer is one year old. The guest house also has its own electrical service. The garage is also climate controlled.
