The principal is extremely active and definately leads the entire staff. The teachers participate in learning groups with other districts to find the best practices to help students achieve. Parent involvement is outstanding - often with so many volunteers that they outnumber the students. There are tons of extra curricular activities - art, sports, fitness, language.
