We are the 2nd owner!!!! We bought from our friends who bought in new. This condo has not been passed through many people without knowing the history. Items that have been replaced in last 2-3 years: new carpet, new flooring, new water heater, new tile in bath, new elongated toilet, new linoleum in laundry area.
This condo is close to parking, away from the loud pool, close enough to the basketball court and playground but not so close that you can hear the noise. The condo is blocked by trees and the covered parking. The amenities are at the back of the unit. There is also a volleyball setup. This unit is an end unit on the second floor with a large window that you don't get with middle units.
Also, the top of microwave shown in the pics has had the vent guard replaced since the picture.
Our condo is conveniently close to shopping and freeway but not too close to University Parkway or State Street road noise. Out your front door is a balcony that overlooks the grass area and view of the mountains.
There is free RV parking accessed by the same parking if you need long-term storage.
The tenants in this unit love the place and have been in about 3 years. They are on a 30-day agreement and can be out in 30 days if needed.
The HOA is under new management with new bylaws and is very well organized.
