"Lots of other dog families present, but also a lot of non-tolerant people who dislike dogs. I’ve had multiple experiences of people screaming or acting dramatically fearful of even the smaller dogs being walked in the subdivision. "

"we have huge 4th of July celebrations.Spectacular firework displays.Close to water.Great for boating,fishing,crabbing.Water skiing,sea-doos,tubing.Not far from beltway.About 30 minutes from D.C."

"it's so quiet and away from it all but easy commute to DC, Waldorf, LaPlata, etc. It's also a very contemporary neighborhood in a town that's a little more country, but doesn't lose the country feel."
