12 month or 24 month lease with option to renew. Minimum monthly income $7000+, minimum credit score 690+ All renters over the age of 18 must fill out application. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, sewage, gas, electricity, garbage, internet). Two months rent in advance and the first month's rent due at signing. $600 non-refundable for cleaning. Renter responsible for lawn care. Street parking per community regulation. Pet rent $50 per month per pet.

It's actually not that bad, there are just a few unneighborly people 😬 living in the area. They come & go, but most people living here have been here @ least 10yrs. Which is Great 😀, like a family on our block. Kids went to school together, and still have a close relationship with the neighbors till this day!!! 😁💖🏘️"
