We moved our children when the bully issue was ignored and we had a disagreement with the new administration at the highschool. After that disagreement our children reported being treated different and they didn't like it, eventually we moved and when our oldest tried to get her transcript the new admin conveniently left a credit off her transcript that would of made her repeat another year of school, they tried to say it must of not got sent from her previous school, funny thing is it was a class that was taken right there at Alva high school. We got the new school involved and even called the state and conveniently the credits were "found", the excuse was they were misplaced...as a parent this was our experience with Alva highschool and Lincoln elementary.

Below Average. There are some great things like the small class sizes and having music and PE regularly, and we've been lucky to have two of the better teachers, but the culture of yelling and punishment is not ok and they use outdated discipline methods. There is not enough outside and creative time for these little ones.
