4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCertain teachers don't teach and this school offers barely anything for growth. This school claims it's one of the best when it comes to academic offerings but they don't have any classes that allow for more growth outside the generic possible careers and future schooling. The principal encourages students to help get the schools rating up by putting in more effort towards state mandated testing whereas it should also be on the teachers to help the students develop and feel more confident with the testing and not throwing the students into an ACT Bootcamp day because most of the teachers don't teach. Also this school isn't safe if you don't agree with any republican views because the students bully and harass anyone who doesn't fit in with the heterosexual and republican norms. Don't send your child here, there's other options that offer more room for growth and other schools that actually do something about bullying.Student Review2y ago - Amery Middle School
