About this House

All bedrooms and the laundry closet are located upstairs which is convenient and also great for entertaining. Two of the bedrooms feature a jack -n- jill setup where they both have entry to one full bathroom. The 4th room is the largest which you will see as my TV room shown in pictures. The master suite has french doors leading into the very spacious bedroom (pics show the bedroom with a California king size bed). There are french doors leading into the master bath as well. The Master bath has a shower and separate garden tub, the linen closet features a light up closet. The attached 2 car garage is heated and cooled. There is a large garage/shed in the back yard with a crushed stone floor, electric, windows, and large garage door. Perfect for boat or other hobby storage!

*The high school for my neighborhood is showing incorrectly. It is actually Riverbluff High School which was built about 3 years ago.

**I know zillow has the home listed for $160k however that does not reflect all the upgrades. I had the house appraised following upgrades and my asking price is on point.
