We love our furry residents, but to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents, we have specific guidelines:

Maximum of 2 approved animals per apartment
Written authorization is required before bringing any animal on the property
Applies to all animals including pets, emotional support animals (with documentation), and service animals (per applicable laws)

Prohibited Breeds (including mixes):
Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Alaskan Husky, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Malamute.

Other prohibited animals:
Reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, insects, birds, rodents, and exotic animals.

Pet Fees

$350 one-time non-refundable fee for the first approved animal

$150 one-time non-refundable fee for the second approved animal

Monthly pet rent: $35 per animal

Bringing an unauthorized animal (even temporarily) is a violation of the lease agreement.
