REDUCE YOUR RENT: Can you help out a few hours a month with small items around the property? If you are willing and able to take care of minor cleaning, yard work and maintenance issues, please mention it in your application. If we accept your application, we will offer you a rent credit in exchange for your help with the property.

Showings will be held Wednesday February 20 at 6:15pm and Saturday February 23 at 12:45pm. Please arrive promptly. Call Christa at 608-205-8181 to sign-up for the showing or with further questions. It is necessary that you call to sign-up for the showing and confirm that it will happen as scheduled. Sorry but as a small, family-owned business we can't schedule additional showings.
