The property is a smaller complex (10 units) in a Residential Neighborhood real close to Transportation and shopping. .

We usually remodel any newly vacated unit by Freshly Painting and the Units are Freshly Cleaned. The pictures posted are of the actual unit near completion! This current unit needs to be photographed and is prepared nicer than the photos shown.

Utilities- On this apartment, all of the Utilities are included, which is reflected in the price, as if you had to pay your own utilities, those can be expensive.

The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.

These units have street parking only!

The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable.

A maximum of 2 people only total will be allowed based on size of this studio!

Directions- Junipero Avenue runs north/south and this is south of Pacific Coast Highway, and north of 10th Street.

The Property is Professionally Managed by American Capital Realty Group, Inc. (AMCAP) in Santa Ana, California. Please do not contact our Corporate Office in regards to this rental, as Erika is handling inquiries in the order received, till rented. The Property has no Manager on-site.
