COST TO RENT:
Security to take property off market to hold: $950
To move in at a minimum: security + 1st months rent + min 1/4 last months rent= $2137.5 then for the next 3 months after you pay $950+ = $1187.5 ( you are prepaying last month of the lease when you move in so last month of lease you don't have to pay when moving out)
new stove, fridge and microwave will be furnished if you pay an additional $75 per month in rent.
need proof of income, prior landlord contact, and credit check may be required. First months rent, security and last months rent required (you can make 4 installments of last months rent).

First the good things about the house:
4 bedrooms (two very large ones)
new high efficiency furnace
ground floor washer and dryer hookups

No backyard at all! Just a patio of sorts
Outside shingles are very old (we renovated in winter!)
Front Porch will be painted in the summer.
There is limited storage space. Closets are not big.
