"Bigger yards, most are indoor dogs so neighborhood stays quiet. Every one keeps their pets leashes and not many barkers. They do pick up after their dogs and the lake in near by to go throw fetch and cool off in the summer.. Even if off leash people are accepting of that for the most part and if you have ice that likes to wander, if picked up they are brought to the town vet clinic for pick up and a notice of pick up is placed on cork board at city hall for notification... Pretty respectful little town "

"I have family that live here and I visit at least annually. It's a very safe environment with no gang activity like the bigger towns or cities. Toro, PM, and local farms offer many jobs."
  • Daniel
"Great area with plenty of lakes to fish. Take a ride on your jet ski or snowmobile depending on the season. Hunting is good if you like big white tail deer, Canadian geese, or pheasant."
