First of all, Yes, this school offers "foreign" language, but it's Spanish. How is it a foreign language when 80% of this school is Hispanic. This school needs to offer another language that way our kids are actually having to learn a "foreign" language. A different language. Not just that, but the administration definitely needs work. They seem to really press the issue of dress code, but how about bullying? What are they doing about it. NOTHING! Kids want to switch classes because they do not feel comfortable in the room. Because other kids pick on them or make fun of them. And what does the administration do? Tell them to suck it up. How do you expect your students to do well and get good grade when they dread going to class. When the school does not make them feel safe. When they feel that not just students, but even the staff, counselors, and Superintendent is not on their side. I get it that it's a small town but if we want to get somewhere, maybe we need to start thinking like big town districts and bring back MUSIC!
