We understand kids will be kids but it bothered her enough for her to ask me to help get it stopped. I told the teacher the next morning and within two hours the school called me and said they talked to all three kids that were picking on her and then they brought her in and apologized to her as well. Then they said they let the lunch staff Also my kid is coming home every day telling me about all the things that she learns. This is so much better than the last school we were at!know about the problem and they will keep and eye on it. I do not think they really put much emphasis on education. Attendance is low and partially I believe due to the fact that they allow no structure for late or absenteism but then have ridiculous rules on not bringing a pencil to class. This school district may not receive the funding that the bigger schools in Colorado get, but the teachers and staff are very caring and the learning environment is excellent.. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWent through this school years ago, but it still holds the best memories that I believe wouldn’t have been the same if I grew up in a bigger school/community. This school gave me many opportunities to get involved and be a part of teams and clubs. Made life long friendships that still hold today. Cedaredge is a special place.
