The traffic is extremely light on the roadway and children playing in the street is safe. I just installed a new Ruud air conditioner and a new digital hot water heater. The screens, doors and some struts have been replaced in the last two months. The pool is easily maintained and is working well. I'm sure that a buyer will want to make interior and exterior changes in the home and this will be taken into consideration. There is a two car gargage with a work space in the rear that is approximately 10 X 12 feet. The landscape has been in the process of upgrade, weeding, new mulch in the front yard, tree cut down in the backyard. The attic is almost complete covered with flooring and has electric lights, a 6 foot person can move around comfortably. The driveway is concrete and is large enough for two fulls size vehicles. The residence is fully alarmed with exterior sensors and interior motion detectors that can be secured for pets. There is a panel to bypass all windows and doors as well as the motion detectors. The home is comfortable and quiet, the street traffic is extremely low. An excellent house for a large family or if parents need a home. The bedrooms are a distance from the Master bedroom. The potential is limitless for the family who wishes to live in a great neighborhood.
The construction is CBS and has hurricane fasteners on the roof rafters.
