About this House

Hello interested parties: Update 6/12/2025; I have two qualified candidates in advanced discussions/application. But I am waiting for carpet/flooring install completion to make sure they see what the property looks like on completion before I finalize the rental agreement. I am happy to add to prospects, but realize the top two candidates are prioritized at this point.

Update as of 6/12/2025: Cleaning crew finished deep-clean on Friday 5/31; New carpets going in starting on 6/16; New bathroom flooring going in on 6/16; Great room flooring being stripped and refreshed starting when carpets and bathrooms are complete. Estimated completion and ready for viewing by 6/17.

(Update 5/25/2025) I've probably made a mistake of listing this rental before the current tenants moved out, before cleaners could come in for deep clean and before new carpet. My repair/maintenance guy is currently on site installing new dishwasher, plumbing fixture replacement, and some other minor but important finishing repairs. Tile floor will also be refurbished. My best estimate is that late June will be the earliest move-in time (more likely July 1). I am hesitant to show the place until the cleaning crew, carpet layers and repair/maintenance men finish their work. I would still like to hear from interested parties, and will advise when exactly I will open it up for tour.

UNIQUE 3,000 sq. ft. mansion; 3 acre lot; gated community; 280 degree view; community pool; community park/lake, walking and biking trails, privacy, security; two car garage; new washer and dryer; new dishwasher; new A/C & heating system. Cable, High-Speed Internet, Water, Trash are paid by landlord. You only pay for electricity (A/C and heat) which can be as low as $200/mo. in winter, or as high as $900/mo. in the three hot months. One large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and two smaller bedrooms. Expansive great room w/15 ft. ceilings. The property abuts a 92,000 acre State/National wilderness area (right outside the back yard). Wildlife is abundant surrounding the house and community.

Out of state owner is planning on living in this, his dream house in four years, when he retires. Local repairman is available for quick maintenance response and periodic inspection (appliances, roof, windows, etc.).

This is a piece of paradise, but not close to transit. Not a party house and subject to pretty standard Association rules.

No pets please, no smoking or vaping; Owner is allergic to both
This is a place of peace and tranquility, not a party house.
One year lease. Last month rent required.
HOA rules are pretty standard and limit noise, business activities, items visible from the street and other items that keep the neighborhood beautiful.
