    "Great access to public transportation there’s a park in walking distance a dog park a pond a few different schools shopping centers and grocery stores all walking distance. There’s a hospital and pharmacy close by and there’s lots of thrift stores and restaurants but it’s a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors do not get in your personal space at your residence "

All neighbors get well and contribute to the security of this place. Buildings are well preserved and painted, roofs are new. Well cleaned and everything is close enough- within few miles. "

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
