Description

This home has something for everyone: a swimming pool for summer, a fireplace for winter, and a small basement wine cellar for… well, surviving both. Built in 1964, the home still carries a few mid-century vibes, now paired with fresh updates including new flooring and fresh paint. The living room is bright and open with a cozy fireplace and views straight out to the backyard. A sunroom overlooking the backyard is the perfect spot for morning coffee and finally keeping your plants alive. One of the home’s most versatile features is a bedroom that has been converted into a separate living area complete with its own bathroom, kitchenette, private entrance, and shared laundry access which is ideal for guests, multi-generational living, or that friend who says they’re “just staying for the weekend"- or the ultimate owner's suite! The fully fenced backyard keeps pets secure. Speaking of backyards, this one has it all: a swimming pool, raised garden beds, and a small wine cellar. Let's not overlook the fact that this location is everything! Gresham's coveted Northwest Neighborhood and blocks from Gresham Station & Highway 26! Don't let this one get away!

"My work is close to my house and it takes less than 10 mins to get to 162nd from my house. I don’t mind the commute at all "
  • Phraemission1
"We have farmers markets. I think that brings the community together. They get to know there neighbors."
  • Clint H.
"We have lived here for 8 years and enjoy the neighborhood and it’s in close proximity to shopping and services. Property values hold up well in down turns and has stable long term residences with well kept homes. "
  • Sarah_tamay
"Homelessness is a major issue now and car thefts just keep your security up to date and children in eyes reach. "
  • Sharmesha M.
"I’ve lived here for over 7 years... will be 8 years in June. All the little kids from my block are all know either graduating from high school or in their freshman year at MHCC (Mt Hood Community College) "
  • Sharmesha M.
"It’s quiet and I love the sounds of the frogs at night and the birds during the daytime. It’s still in the city but has a country/forest feel and only 45 mins from Mt. Hood"
  • zoom p.
"To be fair, we just moved in a month ago. However.... Regarding other complaints I've seen: We live on the side of the building that doesn't face the train tracks and it is quiet, quiet, quiet. I have taken baths and showers at all different times of day, and we've always had hot water. Our neighbors all seem really nice. Everyone smiles and says hello when they pass you in the hallway. It's cheery. It's also extremely inexpensive; it's the cheapest place that I've lived that wasn't trashy disaster. Now that that's out of the way: When we moved in to our BEAUTIFUL apartment, the things that we noted on our move-in sheet were all minor. After a day or two, I noticed that we had an ant issue. The manager (Jason the amazing) had someone out to take care of it within a day. And today, randomly, Jason-the-amazing-manager sent over the new maintenance guy (we'll call him Shane-the-Magnificent). He was here to go over all of the piddly little things that we'd noted on our move-in sheet. Things like: the microwave was missing a wheel on the tray that rotates inside - and - our bedroom door doesn't hang quite straight and so is difficult to shut - and - our towel racks were loose. There was a list of about 7 little things, none of which were any kind of huge deal that I'd normally contact Management about, and he fixed them all. Today. And left a cheerful note. I LOVE this place."
