This duplex has been updated and in a great part of Hixson, TN close to EVERYTHING! We just finished some additional updates painting all walls and trim, cabinets, fan/lighting update throughout and new over the stove microwave installed. The kitchen has room for a nice sized table and the bathroom plenty of space for two people. Washer and Dryer hookups available. Lawncare provided by landlords and parking for two vehicles. We also use Rhino Security Deposit insurance instead of a huge amount of money for security deposit.
