This home is situated on a half acre lot in a quiet neighborhood and is just south of I-10. Convenient to Duke, 7th Group, Hurlburt and Eglin bases. The roof was replaced in 2006 and the septic system was replaced in 2006.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
