This is my son's first experience with public school. It was rough at first but that is just him getting to know people. He got involved in sports and felt at home. Arlington is slowly getting back to normal like the rest of the surrounding high schools. So the atmosphere and school spirit are up. The academics are rigorous enough for my kid. He has thee best teachers that go out of their way to help him.

The school is located in a safe neighborhood. We appreciate that it is surrounded by homes where everyone looks out for the children. Many parents are involved, and the kids are provided with a lot of supplies. The staff are proactive about issues. Our daughter had a great experience going to Harrison.

The teachers at this school are all very caring and thoughtful, based on my experience with my own child. Communication is good and comes through newsletters from the principal and emails or parent square from the teachers. My daughter was in the band and they are really outstanding and sound like a high school band. Her band teacher encouraged her so much that now she is continuing in high school band and wants to become a music teacher. The campus is really beautiful and they seem to take a lot of pride and care to make it a lovely place for students to learn. We are very happy with our child’s experience at Miller.
