Great Townhouse with cheap rent! Upstairs, Downstair and Basement! 3 Bed, 1.5 bath with patio. This is a co-op property, meaning Water and Trash are paid for. Rent is only $545 per month. There is a co-op membership fee for the rights to this property ( you can get back when/if you decide to move) of $3,500. If you count that in to a year's rent, it's still cheaper than any duplex or apartment with this square footage! "Other than the occasional item stolen from an unlocked car, this is a pretty safe, low crime area. Neighbors don't go out of their way to talk to each other, but I also haven't noticed any unpleasantness in the 5 years I've been here. It's been a good place to live. "

"People walk their dogs all the time and there are big, fenced yards. But there are also plenty of dogs running loose that can create a hazard. "

"I think they would love it it’s quite the only thing is we live next to a nursing home and a train track and I feel some people wouldn’t like those things but other than that I think everyone would love it "
