This spacious unit is located right in the heart of Downtown District on the corner of Cedar St & Rose St. and just a short distance to the Kalamazoo Walking Mall.

It's located in the garden level of our Cedar Street location within a beautifully renovated, historic building along with 6 other luxury apartment.

The space
This stylish and comfortable space has an open concept studio layout that includes a decedent queen bed and a nicely appointed living room that includes a sectional sofa with a 40" television with sound bar atop an electric fireplace/tv console.

Relevant Details
All items seen in the photos are included, including plentiful, high quality linens and dishes.

Safe and free parking available just across the street.

Utilities include WiFi, trash, water, gas, electric, a Roku tv that include Netflix and Hulu subscriptions and many more apps.
