"Downtown in small safe city. Appleton has a small strip with a happening happy vibe. Yoga is nearby. Coffee and dinner in walking distance "

"There’s a lot of local businesses, bars, restaurants just a ten minute walk away from here. And during the summer there’s a lovely farmers market on college ave, which is also only a 10/15 minute walk away. Mile of music usually happens on the ave which is an excitement for the entirety of Appleton. "
