The basement is DRY and has a workshop area as well as laundry space. Much of the house was updated in 2013 with a 60k addition. The showplace is the custom kitchen with oak cabinets, corian counters, an island, a wet bar/beverage center, and a breakfast bar included. Some glass fronts, built in's, and under-cabinet lighting highlight the look. Another living room was added to the back, with hardwood floors and a walk-out deck. Most of the windows were replaced, new bedroom carpets, and the interior of the house was custom painted. Solar panels on the roof are leased, and will help keep the electric bill LOW! Curb appeal is important in Pitman; all the landscaping and paving was designed and installed by Groffs. There is a driveway beside the house, and a large storage shed in the back of the property. A fire pit area allows you to entertain year round! This house is a true showplace, and was prominently featured in the Spirit of Christmas 2016 tour.
