Small pet welcome with deposit.Thank you for your interest our rental unit at 1308 East 7th Street in Long Beach; our operating hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. However, you may check out a key to view units between the hours of 8:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday, and 9:00am – 3:30pm on Saturdays(closed 12-1pm for lunch on Saturdays). There is a “refundable” deposit of either $20 cash or a debit/credit card to check out keys and you may check out up to 3 keys at a time. Our office is conveniently located at 248 Redondo Ave. Long Beach, Ca. 90803. So please feel free to come by and pick up a free rental listing.
