About this House

I'm a nurse that travels a lot and I'm looking for someone to rent my second floor apartment on a temporary basis. I will not be living there during your rental.It's right in the heart of Moorestown near the Moorestown Friends School. It's a second floor unit so you'll need to have some energy to get up 12 stairs but it's a lovely apartment with hardwood floors and soaring 12 foot ceilings. You will have the master bedroom and I keep the little one for my few things and storage. Everything's included in the monthly rent. It's nice and bright and it's quiet even though it's on Main Street - I have triple pane windows. In the summer, we install room a/c. You'll have a lovely porch in the back to sit in and also use my work out equipment.

No smoking or vaping
No candles are live Christmas trees
No other full-time occupants beside you
No pets and no visiting pets
You are required to keep the premises clean
You are required to put your trash in plastic bags and to put your trash out Tuesday evening or Wednesday pick up
You are required to use a swifter and a wood floor cleaner and nothing that will harm the wood floors
Do you not overload the washer or dryer
You are permitted to use the backyard and that 1 acre grounds in the back to plant vegetables or flowers if you choose.
You are permitted to use my personal VCR and CDs if you use them with care. There is an inventory of VCRs if any of them are missing, you will be responsible for replacing them.
You are responsible for any damages in full immediately upon the discovery of the damage.
You will be requested to bring in all of the mail and you can put my mail down in the vestibule on the first floor in my mailbox.
