Note: I have been slammed with people wanting to see the house. Most are not filling out an application. I am not showing the house to anyone who hasn't completed an application and answered the questions I have asked. So if you haven't followed the procedures I won't be replying back to you. If you reply with "Is it still available" I will assume you are a spam bot and not reply. Please reply with info about you, your work history, and any other key points that will make me want to rent to you. I can provide references from satisfied tenants and I hope you can provide references as well.

No pets, no smokers, house has gas heat and a gas stove. If you have subpar credit your water deposit with the city of Porterdale will be expensive. Need long term work history and have income equal to four times the monthly rent in income. If you don't you won't make it. You have a power bill, gas bill and water bill.
