A beautiful new stairwell leads to the 3 upstairs bedrooms plus bathroom with clawfoot tub. The sliding glass Pella door with interior shades off the dining room leads to the new 12' x 20' composite (no maintenance!) deck which overlooks a fenced in back yard. The kitchen was redone in 2014 with all new cabinets, counter top and back splash to go with the stainless steel appliances. The furnace is only 3 years old and the roof is 7 years old so they have a lot of life left in them. All appliances, front loading washer and dryer are included. The one car detached garage provides great storage space and just had all of the door hardware replaced and serviced professionally. The enclosed front porch entry serves as a great mudroom to keep clutter out of the house and the basement is dry and provides a ton of additional storage space. 2015 total property taxes were $2764.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school works very hard at accomodating students that need emotional, physical, or environmental supports in the classroom and to maximize learning. Most teachers I've experienced work diligently to keep parents engaged and "in-the-loop" about any additional supports their kiddo may need, or discuss any struggles they may be having while working towards compassionate and effective solutions to keep learning at the forefront. My kiddos have done well here!My only constructive note is that I wish they would develop additional programs for students that might need a faster paced learning program (intensive STEM, for example). Boredom can cause behavioral struggles at times, and I think having more intense learning programs would benefit those who need it.Parent Review2y ago
