This beautiful apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the 2nd. level of the building. We have secure access to the building so that it gives you extra security. This apartment includes black refrigerator, stove, and microwave. New cabinets with tons of space. LVT flooring all the way through the apartment. New windows, new sliding glass door, and great view from balcony. Plenty of parking available. Very close to all shopping and restaurants.

We accept pets 50lbs or less we have a one time fee of $250.00 and $35.00 a month. Everyone pays for water, sewer, and trash of a flat rate of $50.00 a month. We are a smoke free building. Our application requirements are you must have a credit score of 600 or higher, and make 2.5 times of income, and no evictions. The application fee is $35.00 for 1st. person and $25.00 for any additional. To apply you would go to bluecanyonhomes.com.
