Turn of the century home needs to be loved. Located in town location on established Crestview St. Could be renovated into it's original beauty. Baths and kitchen need complete remodeling, pine wood flooring throughout upstairs and under carpet downstairs, tax card shows drywall behind wall boards but closets have tongue and groove walls. Upsatirs does not have heat or air but could put in a separate system in the walk-in closet space. Downstairs parlor could be used as a bedroom without closet. Laundry located on back porch but not heated. Roof is 3 yrs old. Obvious damage to Celotex ceilings from past leaks. Fireplaces have been covered, unsure if operable.
Large side yard. Diagonally located across from First Baptist Church. Close distance to drugstore, playground and downtown shopping. Exterior recently pressure washed.

    "I grew up here. This is a great town on the outskirts of Lenoir and Hickory. Most people move here for the small town feel, low crime, and cheaper living expenses than Hickory and Lenoir. This town is still developing but give it a chance. If enjoy privacy and open spaces, but want to have a small commute to work this is the place for you. P.S. this town is an hour away from the mountains, 20 minute to the city, and 4-5 hours to the beach. You really can’t ask for more."
