About this House

We are selling our large 4 beds 3 baths 2,872 square feet duplex on 4.88 acres in Jericho. We are hosting an open house this Weekend. For Sale by Owner - 10 AM - 1 PM, Saturday 10/4 & Sunday 10/5. This is a nice family house with a private and quiet setting. Close to Mount Mansfield Union High School, and not far from Essex, Burlington, Bolton Valley, Smugglers Notch, etc. The house was built in 1986, has a wood stove and oil furnace for heat. We have a well, and septic tank with a shared leech-field.

We love this house. We have rented out the upstairs apartment in the past for $1300-$1550 a month depending on the situation. Live in the lower half - rent out the upstairs to offset your mortgage. Or have a family member live upstairs! Lots of great options with this property. Private trails,woods, front and backyard lawn, garden space, storage shed, attached garage.

We are asking $540K and are looking for a quick sale as we are moving out of state. We are hosting an open house this Saturday. For Sale by Owner - 12-3 PM, Saturday 9/27. Email with us any questions or to schedule a separate showing.
