This place is ideal if you work at Eglin - it's only 3 miles to the gate! There is a gated park behind the back yard for the kids and the pets. The home is 1700 sq ft, with a 2 car garage and driveway. I have a washer and dryer in-home. Rent is $2100/month and does NOT includes utilities. I'll ask for a deposit of 1-month's rent. First month's rent (prorated) is due when you move-in and rent is due the first of every month. If you are interested, please send me an e-mail with a date and time for a showing. Thanks!

The lawn has a sprinkler system that I will ask you to periodically test for maintenance. Deposit and first month's rent due at signing. Tenant pays all utilities. $50 non-refundable pet fee. $200 carpet cleaning fee at move-out. No smokers, please.

    "Fun to do in the Longwood Subdivision: Birdwatching, pet walking, golf cart driving, fishing from the park pier, launching a boat. Sunsets from the house are breath-taking and the neighborhood is very quiet. Shalimar has several very nice restaurants and a large grocery store across the Shalimar bridge. The area located on the edge of Eglin Air Force Base."
