This is a completely separate apartment with your own private entrance. The bedrooms are enormous, and the bathroom comes equipped with a standing shower and a large jacuzzi tub. There is a full kitchen being newly installed, and laundry in the apartment. The apartment features a built in bar, and all new carpeting throughout. New windows in both bedrooms. Large closets, including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Ceiling fans are included in each room, and there is no wood paneling or ugly tile to be found! This is an ideal space for a young professional seeking office space, or a couple.

Apartment comes mostly unfurnished but can include a queen sized bed and a 60" HD Samsung television which can be mounted in the location of your choice (it's in great working condition--there simply is not room for it upstairs and the owner doesn't want to get rid of it). Utilities include gas, electric, water, and internet. DirecTV including NFL ticket is available for a small additional cost each month (the cost to rent the additional box, so around $15 per month).

Must pass a background check and provide references.

Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
