Available NOW 129 Southend is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in off First Street near Timberland. It has central heat and air and is gas and electric. It is currently being offered at $875 a month with a $600 deposit. The shaded lot has a front curb with street parking as well as the driveway. Interior has large rooms and high ceilings with new updated flooring. The kitchen has a large pantry and plenty of cabinet and there are several exterior doors and some built in custom touches. The enclose sunroom at the back offers plenty of sunlight and room. This property accepts does not accept HUD at this time. This home will be getting an outside paint Summer 2019. We check out keys Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a valid ID if you want to view the inside of the home! Some homes do require an appointment to be shown. To put in an application you will need to bring all IDs, Drivers Licenses and SS Cards as well as proof of all income in the house (pay check stubs, Disability award letters etc).
