"Nice working class community with small town vibes. Police are very responsive, helpful and friendly. The type of neighborhood where someone will let you borrow a ladder to get a cat out of a tree. Close enough to Philadelphia without actually being in city limits. "
  • Andreclay07
"Great community program for the kids play basketball football at the lower hall. It’s pretty quiet how many kids are actually in the neighborhood"
  • Asiajay.stewart

  • Gadgonz78
"except for a Christmas Santa parade and 4th of July, there aren't many if any community events that folks attend. and the Christmas and 4th of July parade has attendance because the parade drives through the town. folks barely walk out of their homes. "
  • C88crawford
"happy when moving. when we moved here 2 years ago it was awesome. now trash is everywhere no parking kids ripping the streets day and night people stealing. i hate this place "

"its a. great area school is close by as well as stores like dollar general, family dollar, market save a lot and so many other places to eat"
  • Marie
"The houses are severely overpriced for the area and school district. I can’t believe landlords are actually asking $1400+ a month for small row homes. "
  • Jackieraliford
