Washer/dryer second floor, 2 baths (one a shower, one with claw-foot soaking tub); Fireplace, granite and stainless kitchen with smooth top range as well as Micro/convection oven. Rent includes heat, electricity, water, national phone, high speed business class internet and snow plowing. Your canine companion is welcome with non-returnable pet fee of $350. We are on the best dog beach in Maine! Fenced and gated dog-run area accessed from side door. (You can safely let your dog free while you enjoy your early morning coffee!) Special rate is for 3 month lease. Please contact us with detailed requests for periods of less than 3 months.
