"19 minutes to a major hospital. Nice scenic route or taking HWY 69 to I-10 is very easy. Living here is 100 times easier and less stressful than Houston. "

There’s a busy main street but people are pretty cognizant of how fast to drive and watch out for pedestrians. I would never suggest kids being outside alone for any neighborhood without some level of supervision. "

"I’ve lived here for almost 9 years and it really easy to make friends and meet your neighbors. It’s quiet most of the times. Almost are the kids are friends. Everyone is so kind and sweet. I love my neighborhood."
