In this stick built area is a living room, Master bedroom and Master bathroom. The lot/land is owned, NOT leased or rented. The only updates I have made to this listing is the addition of the stick-built portion, and resulting sq ft increase, and this new sq ft is based upon the original Zillow (unverified) 480 sq ft. The original (manufactured) bathroom is toilet, sink, tub and shower. The bathroom in the stickbuilt is the same except shower only no bathtub. I'm pretty sure there's at least one on every block. I have been clean for years but it makes me cringe when I see someone who looks messed up. it's like I want better for the person. other than all of that, this is a pretty quiet neighborhood."
