"neighbors are nice to each other and help watch after children. Nice police presence. Some fences could need to be redone, but other than that it is a place to live. Nice large park nearby. "

"It's very dog friendly so long as your pet is reasonably well behaved and leashed. The are alot of great places to take them for walks that aren't too busy or crouded. It's a "neighborly" neighborhood, very Mayberry-esque"
