About this House

Welcome to country living at its best. Our home is situated on 2.5 acres, which is part of a pecan orchard. This 2318 square foot custom built home was completed in December 2016 and features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths plus an office/flex room. There is a large front and back porch. The home was gold fortified built including hurricane impact windows and has a monitored home security system, which reduces your homeowners insurance cost. We also built this home with an oversized 2 car garage so you can actually park your cars in the garage. We used a new product called Cellbar to insulate the house. Thus, we have low power bills. There is a gas stove and hot water is provided by a gas on-demand hot water heater which ensures you don�t run out of hot water when taking a shower. Central heating and air and a wood burning fireplace. There is a 2-year-old 18� x 36� in ground saltwater pool and an 18� x 20� pavilion which includes a custom built outdoor kitchen (includes a gas grill, Blackstone griddle, and a Big Green Egg all of which can convey with the home). The pavilion also has power and water. Water for the house is provided by a well system which provides sparkling water, helping reduce your cost since you don�t pay for city water. The sewer is a septic tank which was recently serviced. There is a 12� x 14� greenhouse with power and running water and a 24� x 24� workshop with power and water and a 24� x 24� carport attached to the workshop. The property is landscaped with 14 pecan trees, 4 fig trees, 5 satsuma trees, 1 lemon tree, 4 plum trees, 1 pear tree, 3 peach trees, 8 blueberry bushes and a thornless blackberry bed.
