Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by pets and must comply with all applicable pet policies outlined in the lease agreement.

Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard, keeping the grass alive and moved, weeds cleared out, replacing HVAC filters, changing smoke detector batteries as needed, and keeping the property clean and in good condition.
