I am looking for a female to rent a huge master bedroom (259 sq ft.), which has a private bathroom (60 sq ft.), in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house. The house has been remodeled and has modern finishes throughout. The house includes a washer/dryer, and the 4th bedroom has been converted to a gym.

Rent = $950 all bills paid (Utilities, Fiber internet, and W/D included).

The outdoor space includes a cowboy pool (not pictured), fire pit, outdoor seat, a dining table, corn hole, and oversized connect four game. It is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings.

6 mins to: Apple campus, St. David's North Austin Medical Center, the Domain, HEB.
~20 mins to: Austin Downtown, Barton Springs & Zilker Park, Rainey Street, and Auditorium Shores.

Available on July 5, 2026. I'm sorry, no pets. I am flexible regarding lease length, so please ask me.

The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."
