"great school system here. town festivals like 4of July and Christmas parade celebration are really fun the town goes all out on those. the police are really cleaning up the areas the drugs use to be pretty bad . but it's getting better. I would say it's a good place to live and raise kids . lots of sports and church functions to do. "

"Quiet lake community. Lots of retired age and families that live here along with another segment of weekenders who own summer/lake homes. "

"the neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part. during the summer traffic gets pretty heavy due to vacationers. people are friendly and the police patrol a lot which to me is comforting. there's only one Park which is out of the way of any neighborhood that's a down fall to me. but everything from shopping to dining is really convenient. the forth of July show is really awesome . there is a lot of different festival through out the year which is nice. all in all it's not a bad place to live . "

"I am near the lake and all the streets are cul de sacs so not a lot of unnecessary traffic. Lots of neighbors walking with or without their dogs, riding bikes etc. "
