About this House

Cozy one story single home off of New Carlisle Pike in Shawnee School District. Two bedrooms, one bathroom and one two car garage for use. An additional small garage may be used for storage. Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washer, and Dryer available for use, but NOT PROVIDED. Home has central air, newer cabinets, countertops and carpet, and also has a large fenced in yard.

Tenants are responsible for Gas, Electric, Water and Trash. Tenant also responsible for lawn care.

Pets are okay with non-refundable pet deposit and monthly fee (amounts are determined by type and weight of pet).

Potential tenants must have a monthly income three times larger than the rent amount, be eviction free, and pass our background check. Applicants must provide a completed application, an application fee ($40 in office/$45 online), and proof of income for the previous three months. Applications that fail to provide all of the above will not be processed.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
