An additional benefit is that it has a north/south orientation so you can enjoy the beautiful skies without having the heat on your porches. I have an approved set of plans and have the foundation engineering drawings that you may like that could save you $5,000 plus. The long water view is almost 1/2 mile. On the street side there is park across the street. No one can build behind you. There are great sky views in both directions. There is enough building area for a 1 story house.

Excellent experience at Pike Road. Our kids came from a private school environment prior to attending. Love that they are being exposed to the "real world" where people don't always look, act or believe the same as us - which was not the case in private school. I feel they will be better prepared for life due to the learning methods and the social interactions they are having.

"Our neighborhood (The Waters) is the modern day Beaver Cleaverville, 100% Old School Americana!! Kids play in the streets, side yards, and run around the neighborhood all evening in a very safe area. Would trust my neighbors with anything!!"
