This humble and clean home accommodates up to 12 people in comfort and leisure.

This cozy home has been in our family for over 30 years. We have had a lot of great experiences over the years and would like to give you the same experiences that have brought us many happy memories.

There is an Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Chromecast, Chromecast Audio, and Roku TV for your use to stream music and video. The TV in the Family Room is a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu (must sign into your own accounts for all devices)

There is a 1 Car Garage and Parking Pad for 3-4 Cars

Garbage: Pick up is Tuesdays. Do not store garbage in garage as bears may break in. Remove from home and place in appropriate containers in brown containers at the top of the driveway entry. Make sure the latch is turned and flat against door.

Tenants Pays All Utilities - Electricity, Gas, Water, Garbage, Cable/Internet. Internet Speeds we have had teachers stay recently that taught 6+ hours a day on video chat with no issues.

If you don’t have a tracker or if your dog doesn’t return on command then you might want to think about keeping them on a leash. There is a lot of wild life to make your dog run off and get lost. "
