"West Village is very much North Oxnard’s diamond in the rough, especially the Villa Santa Cruz portion! It comes off as a quiet, private, respectful, supportive, and inviting area of Oxnard to settle down in. Every night you see diverse, friendly neighbors out walking their dogs or exercising. Most families we know living in the area have older kids or grown families, although there are a handful with young ones.
